As the economy continues to flounder, more and more people are choosing to stay home and enjoy their home theater components instead of going out. That's why I think it's very important to choose your home theater components carefully. I watch a lot of movies and I'm pretty picky about how those movies look and sound, which is why I typically go for Sony or Toshiba televisions, whether I'm buying a 1080p HDTV, an LCD HDTV, or one of the new high-end projection televisions. Maybe it's just my personal taste, but I think that Sony and Toshiba TV sets just have better-looking pictures. I've been thinking about upgrading my home theater components as well, starting with my receiver and speakers. The brand that's really attracting my attention has been Bose. I like the Bose home theater components because of their compact size and because of Bose's legendary reputation for incredible sound. You may have other brands of home theater components that you prefer, but I think that I'm going for a Bose system this time. To me, the clarity of the sound they produce is the best.
