In the midst of the hot, sticky Florida summers, outside activities are limited. I prefer staying inside with the air conditioning on and fans running. My home theater components make summers more bearable. I can watch movies or television on the home theater components and stay entertained while stuck inside. We have quite a collection of movies that we can watch on our 64 inch HDTV, HD DVD player and surround sound system. Sometimes we buy new movies to watch too. It's a lot like going to the movie theater only better, much more comfortable and costs a lot less. It's nice to pop up some popcorn, kettle corn is my favorite, and get a nice icy drink to sit with and watch our home theater components. Sometimes the kids will join me and they love to watch movies on the home theater components, it passes their time more quickly too. It's a great way to spend time with them when they are home on summer break watching our home theater components. We stay cool and have fun together.
