1080p hdtv I have a college buddy who is packing up his things and getting ready to move back to his hometown after graduating. I had a chance to talk with him for awhile last night while we played video games online. The headset chat feature is great for catching up with people you hardly ever get to see. I asked him what he was going to do with his massive 62 inch 1080p HDTV when he moves and he said the thought of selling it to his room roommate crossed his mind but then he realized how awesome it was and decided to add it to the things headed for a moving truck. He bought this awesome 1080p HDTV about a year ago for a steal price of 1,700 dollars through a friend who worked at an electronics store. It was one of the displays. Retail was about 1000 dollars more.

Since he had the money, it was worth every penny because I have never seen a better 1080p HDTV screen. He’s just worried about damaging it on the 22 hour drive back home. I wouldn’t blame him. He was going to sell it to his roommate for 1000 dollars but came to his senses. A 1080p HDTV like this is worth keeping for a long while.
