My husband and I are planning a long road trip together pretty soon, and we are bringing a Garmin GPS to help us along the way. Our trip is going to be leisurely, driving during the daytime and resting from evening through nights in a hotel. We will try to find hotels with pools, so we can lounge in the pool after a long day in the truck. The Garmin GPS will show us how to get to each destination, and there are several that we are planning on during the trip. There will be some that we don't plan ahead of time, when we see something we want to go to on the Garmin GPS we'll just do it. Not every small detail will be planned out ahead of time. We want to go to California, then up the Pacific Coast Highway through to Washington. After that we're going to the Dakotas and then to Michigan, then back to Florida. We'll see some family, and explore some landmarks and natural wonders of our beautiful country. The Garmin GPS will make it much easier than trying to use maps.
