garmin gpsThis afternoon my sister and I are going for our traditional Christmas Eve hike in the desert and I'm sure we'll find our way back to the car in time for our Christmas Eve festivities, but I wish there was a way I could sneak the Garmin GPS that I bought for the family Christmas present along this afternoon. My devious mind is thinking of ways that I could take it out of its packaging and somehow get it put back together without anyone knowing. I seriously doubt I could pull it off, so I'll just have to follow the map closely to make sure we're staying on the right trails.

I bought a portable Garmin GPS to help us with our hikes and while we drive. We took a lot of trips this summer and spent a lot of time lost. I did a lot of solar cooking demonstrations at farmer's markets all over the Southwest this summer and we spent a fair amount of time looking for them, even though I'd mapped them out online. After we open the Garmin GPS tomorrow morning, we'll drive right to our destination quickly and easily, no matter where we're headed. garmin gps
