Street Fury: World Wide - DVD
I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what to get for my brother this Holiday season. We have an unwritten rule where we never spend more then 30 dollars on one another. It helps us save cash for buying presents for our parents. My brother has two strong passions, import cars and video games. I want to get a gift that touches on one of these. Since new released video games cost a lot more then 30 dollars, I have been thinking about the car side of things. Recently he bought a massive 1080p HDTV for his bedroom. He is asking out dad for home theater components to go along with it.
Then it came to me. Back when I was deep into the import scene, one of my favorite things to do was watch one of the many racing, drifting and tuning DVDs out there over home theater components. There are a lot of them too. The tuning world has its hands on people from all places and many of those people have grabbed a camera and recorded the action for LCD HDTV enjoyment.

When I first got my license, my group of friends favorite weekend thing to do was head out to the street races. Everyone would converge on a parking lot in between a fast food place and electronics department store. From there people would show off their rides and challenges would be placed. Back then non of us had any cars that could compete. Good thing to because cops always came and the racers usually got busted.
I was looking around at Shopp Rite Mall at http://www.shoppritemall.com in the movie section. Street Fury: World Wide - DVD stuck out to me partly because the girl on the front along with the product description, which read:
This is a documentary made by, with, and in the world of pure racing enthusiasts!
Catch up with Big C as he jet-sets around the world to the wildest import scenes and craziest clubs on planet Earth. If you thought import culture was hot stateside, wait until you see how they do it in Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and the Cayman Islands. Big C is border hopping, looking for the sexiest girls and the hottest cars that are simply to die for!
I think this would be the perfect DVD to play over his LCD HDTV after he gets some home theater components. The drifting video attached above comes from the Street Fury franchise. If the rest of the action is that good, I know my brother will love it.
