1080p hdtv, home theater componentsNow that Christmas is behind us I have been thinking about what to do with some of the greenback gifts I received on Friday. I have really been milling the idea of getting a 1080p HDTV for the living room. At the moment, I have a great 32” LCD HDTV in my room but ever since making the flat panel transition earlier in the year I’m hooked. It is tough to figure out just what to get when there are so many sweet electronics to choose from.

I am amazed at how much cheaper 1080p HDTV screen have gotten in the past five months. The deals are spectacular. The thing is when I start looking within online retailers that has flat screens there are also all those other electronics to grab my attention. I am like a kid in a candy store and with cash in the pocket there is many decisions to be made in the near future. I have not written out home theater components yet. All I know for sure is some new electronics are in my future.
