lcd hdtvLast night we watched an over the top action thriller on our LCD HDTV last night, and it was the first time in weeks I really relaxed. It was an OK movie, but the action was what I enjoyed. We had been under some pressure to get a few projects for work done on time, so my anxiety level was pretty high. We got them done yesterday, on time, thank goodness, so when I was looking at the TV schedule, I found a movie that had great actors and lots of suspense and action. It was a perfect evening. We plopped in front of the LCD HDTV, pigged out on popcorn, drank iced tea, and watched this movie to lose ourselves and the memory of having to meet a tight deadline.

People have a need to escape once in a while and turning to books and movies is the way we do it in our house. We upgraded our television this spring and love our new LCD HDTV. Not only do we use it for entertainment, we also use to watch educational DVDs from National Geographic or the History Channel.
