Stay Safe at Home Watching Movies on LCD HDTV |

I just read two hilarious stories about everyday accidents that were unfortunate for the victims, but so bizarre they made me laugh. One was about a teen who was texting while walking and accidentally fell into an unmarked open sewer hole. Yuck. The other was about a family playing hide and seek in their house and could not find their two year old, so had to call the police to help in the search. After I chuckled at their mishaps, I thought that if they'd been watching a terrific movie on an LCD HDTV, like we do, these troubles wouldn't have happened to them. We've been watching movies on our LCD HDTV to entertain ourselves while a heat waves passes over (it lasts seven months, on average, so we have lots of movies). We like a variety of entertainment in the summer from dramas to comedies and from documentaries to playing console games on the LCD HDTV. It's pretty hard to lose a family member watching movies and we sure won't hurt ourselves playing a console game, unless we get too exuberant playing a Wii game. |
