lcd hdtv, home theater components To the average person screeching tires, high revs and a fast moving car would be signs to jump back and take cover but to gear heads it is some serious music to the ears. I grew up smoking tires, modifying cars and taking it to the track. My brother took the auto hobby a step further earning his mechanics license and working on some serious high horse power machines. While I had turned my love for speed to the two wheeled world, my brother was hard at work learning how to take apart engines, rebuild transmissions and pull every last bit of horse power out of Japanese 4-cylinders.

I never learned how to really get into the dynamics behind how a motor works like him. He bought all sorts of mechanic videos for more instruction on the LCD HDTV. His room sounded like a racetrack thanks to the home theater components. By the end of high school I was spending all of my cash on converting my S13 into a drift car. After adding the 32 way adjustable gas coilovers, two-way LSD, tension rods, strut bars, exhaust and sub frame spacers, the reality of going to college and being broke hit. Not to mention at this point I had really screwed up my transmission, drifting leading to a tow truck ride from Southern California down to Arizona where I was headed for school.

By the time I got there, my drift car had become more of a headache then anything else so I parted it out and sold it before buying a bike. Through all of this, my little brother kept on feeding his appetite to learn about Japanese racers and drifters. He mastered racing video games on our parent’s LCD HDTV and home theater components while saving for a new car. Then he bought an AWD beast he raced around town.

Being that we both still love all that is fast vehicles when I saw Import Car Revolution – 4 DVD Movie Set, holiday stocking stuffer immediately popped into my head.
