I can't believe that my home theater components would pale in comparison to my remote control. I mean I have some very nice home theater components. A large LCD TV, Blu-ray player, Satellite TV, and surround sound speakers make up my home theater components. They are pretty much the latest technology. I love my home theater components. That's why I can't believe that my favorite one is my remote control.

It wouldn't have been if my old one didn't break. Have you ever noticed that without the remote control nothing works? A lot of the functions that you need to do with your home theater components do not work without the controls on the remote control. I've lost my old remote control before and tore the house apart looking for it. Now, though, my remote control was smashed. I brought it with me out the garage. Why, I still do not know. Anyway, I noticed it was in my pocket so I laid it down on my work bench. After a few minutes I forgot it was there and started working on my project. I had to lift up a large cabinet on the floor to the workbench to install the new door hangers. So, I picked it up with a winch and laid it down on the table. Right, on my remote.

The remote was smashed. My home theater components would now have to sit dormant until I could get a replacement. I went online to Shopp Rite Mall. I've been to www.shoppritemall.com a few other times for home theater components so I knew the prices were decent. I didn't waste anytime looking for a remote and found an ACOUSTIC RESEARCH ARRU449 TV COMPASS WI-FI® UNIVERSAL REMOTE. My other remote was universal, but nothing like this.

This remote has Wi-Fi so it will download the program guide on the remote! And it will automatically search for what I want to watch! Once the remote arrived from Shopp Rite Mall I began setting it up with my home theater components. It practically did it by itself! No more punching in codes or numbers. I spent that first week just playing with my remote control. It is the coolest part of my home theater and something that I am making sure doesn't get crushed under a large cabinet. And I am keeping a close eye on it so my friends don't walk off without it!
