Larger LCD HDTV Will Look Great on Our Family Room Wall |

This is one of the best looking LCD HDTVs I've seen in a long time and think that it's worth saving our money to buy in a few months. I was looking around online for a smaller LCD HDTV, but when I came across this one, I said to myself that bigger could be better, and this screen is large enough for whole family to watch a movie comfortably on. It's the LG 47" LCD 50,000:1 6ms Black. Model - 47LH300C, and it's a great value online. We will probably use a TV wall mount for this one because of its size. It weighs 70 pounds and I don't want it accidentally tipping over, although we'll probably try it in several different places before we hang this on the wall.
Last spring we bought our first LCD HDTV and have just loved it. If we buy this one, we'll take the one we're using now and put it in the loft upstairs for the kids to use so they can play their video games any time they want to. Right now we have the TV in the family room, and I work at home, so they have to limit the noise to times when I'm not working. They will pleasantly surprised to get our old LCD HDTV for their exclusive use upstairs, I am sure.
I found this TV at Shopp Rite Mall at http://www.shoppritemall.com/, a website with all kinds of products for the home. It's basically a huge department store online and it was easy to find the LCD HDTV although I spent about half an hour looking at everything else they have in this store. I love to shop on the Internet and feel like I've mastered the art of finding good deals when I'm looking for something specific. I can't imagine shopping locally for things I can buy online. About the only real world shopping I do anymore is for groceries and pet food and prefer online shopping for the values I find.
Our existing LCD HDTV is quite a bit smaller than this one and we've enjoyed it so much. I can't imagine how much we will enjoy having a really big screen to watch movies, TV shows, and DVD documentaries. We saved so much money over the course of 2009 by staying home to entertain ourselves instead of going out, and we've also lost weight, too. The snacks at the movies are notorious for being fat and calorie laden, while the food we eat at home is much better for us. So when considering the initial investment in a larger TV, we also have to consider the benefits for not just our enjoyment, but also our health, which is really priceless.
